#550 Denia Port (evening).

A neighbour gave us this fish which he had just caught.
It's a Melva. In English a Frigate Mackeral.

I made a curry with it . . . . you can taste why it's not that popular, quite solid and "fishy"- Once was enough :-)

#549 Moroccan

I put a few lemons in a jar of salt then went on holiday. When I came back I had Preserved Lemons ready for a Moroccan Chicken dish. And to get into the theme a Moroccan Salad of Chick Peas, Cucumber, Tomatoes and Pomegranate.
