Arrived at Gatwick, rebuilt bike but a bit of a drama disposing of bike carton in the airport. Took the train to Poole and met up with Sally at Judy's.  

Monday:
Rode for 7 hours to Newbury and lodged with Jasmine & Mick.  

Tuesday:
Rode for 6 hours up the A4 and across London to Muswell Hill.  

Wednesday: Had a jolly time in Covent Garden.  

Thursday: Went to the Tate and enjoyed the Patrick Caulfield exhibition.

Sunday: Let the train take the strain.  London via Norwich to Sheringham. Where even the road signs are in the local accent.

Tuesday: Walked a few miles by the sea and ate crab and drank beer.

Stopped half way for ice cream.

Sunday: Passau to Schlogen in Austria.

Monday: Schlogen to Linz

Tuesday: Linz to Greim

Wednesday: Greim to Melk to Krems

Thursday: Krems to Vienna

#545 Three days to Regensburg

Between Slovakia and Austria went through a tunnel over 8km long.
Claustrophobic - a bit.

Also, on the way, a morning spent cleaning bikes.

Saturday: 7 for Slovenia,

Sunday: At the top of a bleedin' great hill somewhere near Ljubljana.

Monday: My turn to drive, stayed the night in a hotel down a track in the middle of a forest. Actually all of Slovenia is a forest.

Tuesday: Rakov Skocjan to Postojna
Did not look at Predjama Castle or the  Postojna Caves.  

Wednesday: Postojna to Divača.
Picnic and Forest track.

Thursday: Divača to Koper.
By the Adriatic Sea side.

Friday: Koper to Umag (Croatia)

Saturday: Umag to Trieste
Breakfast in Croatia
Lunch in Slovenia
Dinner in Italy

Sunday: Goodbye to the Group
End of Slovenian Circuit.
